Craftfall (“the app”) is an offline voxel sandbox game for Android, published by Vikash Raj. This policy explains what the app does and does not do with your information.
Craftfall does not ask you to create an account, does not ask for your name or email, and does not upload your game data anywhere. The only component that collects anything is Google AdMob, which serves the ads shown on the app’s menu screens.
None.
Your worlds, your player state and your settings are written to files in Craftfall’s private storage area on your device. They are never transmitted off the device, and no other app can read them. Uninstalling Craftfall deletes them permanently.
The app requests one Android permission, VIBRATE, used solely for haptic feedback
when you break or place a block. It requires no location, camera, microphone, contacts or file
access.
Craftfall displays ads supplied by Google AdMob. To serve and measure those ads, Google may collect and process:
Google acts as an independent data controller for this information. Its handling is governed by Google’s own policies rather than this one:
Ad content in Craftfall is capped at a PG maximum content rating.
On Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads. From there you can reset the Advertising ID or delete it entirely, which stops personalised ads.
Where the GDPR applies, Craftfall presents a Google-managed consent form on first launch before any ad loads. You may accept or decline personalised ads, and you can change your answer later from within that form. Declining does not restrict any part of the game.
Residents of US states with applicable privacy laws may opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising through the same consent mechanism and through Google’s controls linked above.
Ads only load when your device is online. Craftfall is fully playable offline, and no ads are requested in that state.
Craftfall is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us at the address below and we will address it.
We hold no Craftfall user data on any server, so there is nothing for us to retain or delete. Game data lives only on your device and is removed when you uninstall the app. For data held by Google in connection with advertising, use the Google controls linked above.
Game data never leaves your device. All network traffic the app makes — solely ad requests to Google — is sent over HTTPS.
If this policy changes, the “Last updated” date above will change and the revised policy will be posted at this URL. Material changes will also be noted in the app’s Play Store release notes.
